How to slide into DMs (without being creepy) 🧟‍♂️

Well,

As an video editor I was struggling with cold outreach & client acquisition.

I felt like I am "creepy" & "needy".

In fact it was true, because I didn't knew this framework that I would use today to get 85% reply rate from my cold outreach.

Here is my framework to get 85% reply rate with cold outreach ↓

*This is short summary from my original framework called "How to get clients as a video editor without being creepy or needy" that is available for elite members in our discord community

Step 1: (Verify Content Creator)

• Find creator that is verified (have capital to potentially pay you)

• Look on his recent videos, if you can make them better then slide in to his DMs

Step 2: (Slide Into His DMs)

• Once you slide in to his DMs, go in to honest pitch

• Don't want money in return

• Tell why you offer your services and what you want in exchange

Step 3: (Tell More About Your Service)

• Once he reply positively, then show your portfolio etc... (everything he will want to know)

• Important is that: don't need too much from the creator (only voiceover etc...) because the less you want from him in order to finish the edit the more likely is that he will not cancel your testing edit

Step 4: (Deliver High Quality Edit)

• When you have everything ready for editing, create best edit possible that will outperform all his old edits (If you did great job, and he have budget to pay you, he have now opportunity to work with you on the future projects)

That is short summary on how I would DM content creators in order to get high reply rate and build my portfolio + get testimonials.
